As Above...So Below
My partner, Judy, called me into the office to see this wondrous sight, sent by a friend from Kentucky...a telescopic view, out, then in, leaving one almost certain that, in this case, the macrocosmic/microcosmic pictures are one and the same. As the Senate votes today to allow oil drilling in the fragile Alaskan tundra, as the fate of the wild horses in this country hangs in the balance, it helped me today to see these visions of outer and inner space. It helps me, despite my tears today, to look up and then within and to remember the inter-connectedness of all things, one thing depending so much upon another. We must continue to act and speak for those whose voices are unheard, whose lives and well-being are endangered by the greed and fear-based power moves of the two-leggeds. Let us do what we can. Let us do what we must.
